2537M SUPPORT
Let’s get your training data moving again.
Help with accounts, wearable connections, activity imports, duplicate runs and privacy requests during 2537M’s private testing period.
01 · CONNECTIONS
A wearable will not connect
- Open 2537M and go to Settings → Connections.
- Confirm you are signed into the correct provider account.
- Choose Connect and complete the provider’s authorization page.
- Return to 2537M and check the connection status.
If nothing opens or the connection remains pending, include the provider name, your iPhone model and a screenshot of the last screen you see.
02 · ACTIVITY SYNC
A recent run is missing
- Confirm the run appears in the source app first.
- Open 2537M and use the relevant Sync Latest action once.
- Allow the sync to finish before changing tabs.
2537M builds on previously imported data; it should not download and rebuild your entire history each time.
03 · DUPLICATES
The same run appears twice
A workout can arrive from more than one source, such as Apple Health and a connected watch platform. Send the date, approximate start time and the source labels shown on both records. Do not delete the original activity from your watch provider while we investigate.
04 · ACCOUNT & WEB
The web portal is out of date
Sign in with the same email used in the iPhone app. If the web view is behind, open Settings → Account & Cloud Sync in 2537M and choose Back Up Now, then refresh the runner portal.
05 · PRIVACY
Disconnect or delete data
Disconnecting a provider stops future access. To request account or imported-data deletion, email support from the address associated with your account so ownership can be verified. Read the full 2537M Privacy Notice.
06 · SAFETY
Training guidance is not medical care
2537M does not diagnose injuries or illness. Sharp, severe, worsening or gait-changing pain—and symptoms that concern you—need appropriate medical assessment rather than an app adjustment.
